Сonsultation Meeting

         A consultation meeting on the technology of minimization and utilization of enriched uranium graphite fuel from IGR research reactor was held with the experts from the National Nuclear Center of the RK, Sellafield Laboratory (UK), Idaho and Oak Ridge National Laboratories (USA), International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna (Austria).

The meeting discussed the results of large-scale testing of IGR reactor high-enriched fuel down-blending technology and the development of down-blending area at Advantech company (USA).

Following the meeting, further steps were planned to introduce the technology.
