Please accept my sincere congratulations on the National Holiday – Republic Day of Kazakhstan!

This significant day embodies the independence and sovereignty of our country, unity of the people, and the aspiration for creation. It was on October 25, 1990, that our Declaration on the State Sovereignty of Kazakhstan was adopted, laying the historical foundation for the establishment of our statehood.

Over the years of independence, Kazakhstan has come a long way in its development, strengthened its position on the international arena, and achieved significant success in economy, science, and technology. Today, our country faces new strategic tasks, the solution of which requires professionalism, responsibility, modern knowledge and advanced scientific achievements.

A special role in this process belongs to domestic science and nuclear industry, development of which is of utmost importance for technological progress, energy security and sustainable future of Kazakhstan.

National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan makes a significant contribution to strengthening scientific and technical potential of country, development of nuclear technologies, ensuring nuclear and radiation safety, as well as expanding international scientific cooperation.

I am convinced that the high professionalism, rich experience, dedication to their work and continuity of generations of our team will become a solid foundation for further achievements and implementation of the large-scale tasks facing us.
