‘Science Is Nearby’ Lectures at Kurchatov Schools

As part of the events marking Science Professionals’ Day, specialists from the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan delivered a series of lectures titled “Science Is Nearby” at secondary schools in the city of Kurchatov.

In an accessible and informative manner, they spoke to high school students about modern scientific research, technological development, and the role of nuclear energy.

Particular attention was given to issues of career choice and opportunities for building a career in science. 

The open dialogue format enabled students to ask questions and receive detailed answers from practising specialists.
