Application of Modern AI Technologies in Biodosimetry

As part of the IAEA Technical Cooperation national project, the latest equipment has been delivered to the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan – an automated cytogenetic platform based on a Carl Zeiss electron microscope and intelligent software from MetaSystems (Germany). The equipment has been successfully commissioned.

The application of advanced technologies and modern cytogenetic methods, compliant with international standards, will enhance the effectiveness of biodosimetric studies and expand Kazakhstan's scientific and technical potential in the field of radiation safety.

The implementation of equipment strengthens the country's position on the international stage as a reliable and competent partner capable of ensuring high standards of radiation protection and preparedness for responding to radiation and nuclear incidents.
