Congratulations on the successful defense of your dissertation!

Bekmuldin Maksat Kuatbekovich, Head of the Experimental Thermophysics Laboratory at the Institute of Atomic Energy of the RSE NNC RK, successfully defended his dissertation for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at a Dissertation Council meeting at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The dissertation was titled “ "Experimental Modeling of the Interaction of a Model Corium of a Light-Water Nuclear Reactor with Al₂O₃—Sacrificial Material with a Boiling Lead Layer of a Melt Trap" under the educational program "8D05302—Technical Physics." 

He completed the dissertation at the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan in collaboration with the Department of Technical Physics and Thermal Power Engineering at Shakarim University in Semey.
