Top Mentor for Young Professionals!

Congratulations to Almira Aidarkhanova on winning the “Best Mentor of Working Youth” at the regional stage of the “Enbek Zholy – 2026” Competition!

Almira Kurmanovna heads the Department of Monitoring and Ecological-Analytical Research at the Institute of Radiation Safety and Ecology Branch of RSE NNC RK.  

Mentoring is not just about passing on professional knowledge and experience – it is also the ability to support a young specialist, help them realize their potential, teach them to make independent decisions, and move forward in their profession with confidence.
