IV International Youth Conference "Genetic and Radiation Technologies in Agriculture"

From October 22 to 23, 2025, the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Radiology and Agroecology of the National Research Center "Kurchatov Institute" hosted the conference.

During the conference, participants discussed issues related to the impact of radiation on ecosystems and agriculture, as well as methods for assessing and monitoring radiation safety.

Young specialists from the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan presented reports on the vertical distribution of carbon isotopes in Kazakhstani forest soils and the impact of chemical soil pollution on carbon dioxide emissions.

The conference provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen professional ties, exchange experiences, and generate new ideas for future research.
