Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the professional day – Nuclear Industry Professionals Day! This day is a symbol of recognition for the labor of everyone who has dedicated their lives to this important cause of development of the peaceful atom. 

Today’s atomic industry of Kazakhstan is going through a stage of significant development. The decision on the establishment of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atomic Energy and on construction of the first NPP in our country with the future construction of the second and third NPPs – setting new strategic challenges for us. We need to be ready to face these challenges, and success of our work depends on professionalism and coherence.  

A special role in solving of these large-scale challenges is assigned precisely to the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is where the core of unique knowledge and infrastructure is centralized, employs highly qualified specialists, who are building the scientific and technical foundation for the future generations. We are proud of the fact that our center is making a significant contribution to the development of peaceful atoms and to the formation of a scientific and technical base for our country. 

The work of our specialists is the foundation for the steady development of the nuclear industry and the strengthening of Kazakhstan's energy security. I am confident that thanks to their high level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment, we will successfully accomplish all the tasks set before us.
