Constitution is represented as a strong foundation of our statehood, guarantees of the rights and freedoms of citizens, a symbol of unity of people and a pledge of dynamic development of the country. It is because of this principles, our country is confidently advancing by strengthening democratic values, developing our economy, science and education, expanding its presence on the international stage.
