Under the cooperation program, National Nuclear Center and Japan Atomic Energy Agency hold tenth Steering Committee meeting on personnel training for peaceful use of atomic energy on July 3-4 in Kurchatov.
The meeting is an important part of a program for training instructors-lecturers for Asian countries that plan to develop nuclear power engineering.
Specialists training is arranged in two stages. First stage: specialists of NNC RK are sent to JAEA Human Resource Development Center, where they are trained to become instructors together with representatives of Viet Nam, Bangladesh, Thailand, Turkey, Malaysia, Mongolia, Indonesia and Philippines.
