Regulations on Participation in the R&D Conference and Competition of Young Scientists and Specialists, NNC RK:
Original research papers and experimental-design developments are eligible for the competition, provided they have been published within the last two years as scientific articles, conference presentations, or reports, and represent independent research conducted by an individual specialist or a group of specialists (maximum of 4 authors).
Papers are nominated for the competition by the decisions of the Scientific and Technical Councils and Academic Councils of the institutes.
Participants must submit their work to the Secretary of the Evaluation Committee at least one month prior to the start of the conference-competition. Submissions must be formatted in accordance with GOST 7.32-2017.
Competition papers must be submitted in two formats – electronic and printed – together with a statement from the Scientific and Technical Council (STC). Manuscripts of presentation articles should be sent to the Secretary of the Organizing Committee through its members.
Young scientists and specialists from other research or educational organizations are invited to participate as non-competitive participants.
