CONFERENCE VENUE
The Conference will be held in Kurchatov, Abay Region, the Republic of Kazakhstan at the premise of the Republican State Enterprise “National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
The Conference program will include tours to the sites of Semipalatinsk Test Site (STS) – “Experimental Field”, experimental complexes (research reactors IGR and IVG.1M, Kazakhstan’s Material Testing Tokamak KTM, etc.), exhibition hall of STS history.

Abstracts of papers should be submitted electronically by September 1, 2025 to the e-mail address: conf2025@nnc.kz
The scope of abstracts should not exceed 1 sheet in A4 format (210×297 mm) with the margins:
upper, left, down – 25 mm; right – 15 mm.
Font – Times New Roman, 12pt in size, single space.
Title of the paper should be typed in uppercase letters, below are the initials and last name of the authors, name of the organization, including the city and country they represent.
The proceedings of paper abstracts shall be published electronically prior the beginning of the Conference.
SCHEDULE
06 October, Monday – arrival of the conference participants
07 October, Tuesday – opening of the conference, “round-table” session
08 October, Wednesday – session
09 October, Thursday – session, closing of the conference, technical tours.
10 October, Friday – departure of the conference participants.
REGISTRATION FEE
Standard registration fee for the Conference participants is 100 USD, in KZT according to the exchange rate as of the date of payment.

ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATION OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS
Conference participants must inform the conference Organizing Committee Secretariat by email at sts2025@nnc.kz by September 19, 2025, of the date and flight (or train) number with which they intend to arrive at the airport nearest to Kurchatov (Semey) or the Degelen railway station. All participants arriving at the conference will be met at the airport and railway station and transported to hotels. The Secretariat will assist you in booking a room. The Organizing Committee does not guarantee hotel accommodation or meeting participants who have not provided arrival information. Please also arrange your return ticket in advance and inform the Organizing Committee Secretariat of your departure details.
FOR THE ATTENTION OF PARTICIPANTS
The duration of presentations on the first day during the plenary session is 20 minutes, and on the second and third days, 15 minutes, including questions. On the second day, a poster session is planned. The size of the poster presentation is 1–2 sheets of A1 format. The duration of the poster session is 0.5 days.
Simultaneous interpretation of presentations will be provided at the conference.
To ensure high-quality simultaneous interpretation, presenters are required to submit or send their presentations in advance to the Organizing Committee by email upon arrival in Kurchatov.
