On December 12, 2008 a presentation was held of two first numbers of “Human Being. Energy. Atom.” Scientific Periodical in press center of Journalist Union (Almaty)

 Periodical is required for comprehensive, impartial and unbiased coverage of scientific nuclear centers' activity, achievements in nuclear science and technology, promotion of nuclear power status, to distribute reliable facts about activity of Kazakhstan nuclear industry enterprises, inform people about features of nuclear power plants, control of their operation, ecological requirements to the plants construction, hazardous and safe radiation levels.
