By Resolution of the RK Government, a Decision was Made to Create JSC Park of Nuclear Technologies

On August 12, 2005 by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No 832, a decision was made to create Joint Stock Company Park of Nuclear Technologies with full participation of the state in its nominal capital, which is imposed to implement republican investment project Creation of the Park of Nuclear Technologies in Kurchatov.

Pursuant to the approved passport of the Republican Budget Program of 2005, 273 mln tenge of the republican budget are directed for the work under the plan on implementation of the program. A principle goal of the joint stock company for the next three years is planning and work organization on the development of design and estimate documentation and construction of infrastructure and base industrial facilities of technopark.

Upon the presentation of the National Nuclear Center management, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of RK V.S. Shkolnik has recommended Viktor Vladimirovich Dsalbo, Deputy Chief Engineer of NNC RK, as a candidate to be elected as an authorized person to:

• sign documents on the behalf of society for its state registration and represent interests of society in the course of its creation and state registration in the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• implement financial and economic activity of the society and represent its interests before third parties since the day of the state registration of the society as legal person prior the creation of society bodies.

By the decision of the RK Government, JSC Park of Nuclear Technologies should be established by the end of this year. The proposed location of the executive society body is Kurchatov city, 2 Krasnoarmeiskaya St.
