Conference will take place in town of Kurchatov, the East Kazakhstan region on the basis of Institute of Radiation Safety and Ecology of the National Nuclear Center of The Republic of Kazakhstan.

Conference working languages are Russian and English. Papers are translated into working languages.
The theses of papers (in English and Russian variants) are submitted to Conference secretariat’s address prior to July 1, 2010 in the form of electronic copy (on e-mail seraya@nnc.kz with attached file or on a disc in MSWord format). Please, print by font Times New Roman at a height 12 points. The size of theses cannot exceed 1 À4 format paper (210x297 mm) with the following margin:
top - 25 mm; left - 25 mm;
below - 25 mm; right - 15 mm.
The title of the paper is printed by capital letters. Having skipped 2 intervals after the title, initials and surnames of authors, title of the organization including the name of city and country they are representative of are printed. After that, having skipped 2 intervals the text of theses is printed through 1 interval. Collection of paper theses will be published by the beginning of the Conference.

Arrangement fee for conference participants from Kazakhstan and CIS countries is 50 USD, from other countries – 250 USD in tenge (KZT) at a rate of MICEX as for the moment of payment.
The arrangement fee includes maintenance support, collection of conference theses, coffee-breaks and official receptions, entertainments and excursions.
