WORKSHOP LOCATION
The workshop will be hosted by Eurasian National University, Astana. Transfer of the workshop participants from Airport/Railway station to hotels will be provided be motor transport.

REGISTRATION
The registration will be held in Astana on October 9-10, 2005.

ACCOMMODATION
The workshop participants can stay in hotels of Astana. The hotel rates span a range of $45-120 per night.

WORKSHOP WORKING LANGUAGES
The workshop working languages are Russian and English. All the presentations shall be translated into workshop working languages. Translation will be provided for foreign attendants.

ABSTRACTS AND PRESENTATIONS
It is planned to issue an Abstract book by the workshop start date.
The deadline for submitting the presentation titles to the Organizing Committee is May 1, 2005.
The abstracts shall be submitted to the Program committee at the latest of July 1, 2005.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT AND PRESENTATION PREPARATION
Please follow the below recommendations for abstract preparation:
Two copies of abstract should be presented in English and in Russian or abstract should be submitted as electronic copy (on floppy disk or as e-mail attachment file) in MS WORD format.
The abstract should fit in one-two pages of standard A4 (210×297 mm) paper with the following margins:

top......................... 25 mm;
bottom........................... 25 mm;
left........................... 25 mm;
right......................... 15 mm.

Use Times New Roman typeface of ten-point type for the paragraphs and twelve-point type for a title. Single spacing is required for paragraph text and double spacing is required between paragraphs.
Title of paper shall be printed in capital letters in Russian/English. Skip 3 lines, then begin author(s) information: Name(s) and affiliation(s). Title and author information shall be duplicated in English/Russian. Then skip three lines and begin abstract text in Russian or English correspondingly.
The abstract must fit on two pages.

ORGANIZATIONAL FEE
The organizational fee for CIS-attendants will be 60 US dollars in KZT at a rate of National Bank of RK on registration date. Registration includes admittance to all workshop sessions, a copy of the proceedings, airport-hotel-airport transfer, daily refreshment breaks and banquet.
