Pursuant to the Resolution of RSE NNC RK No.03-17/28int. as of February 12, 2018 of E.G. Batyrbekov, Director General of RSE NNC RK, XVII R&D Competition Conference for Young Scientists and Specialists of NNC RK will be held on May 16-18, 2018 at the base of RSE NNC RK in Kurchatov town.
Organizational Committee and Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of RSE NNC RK is pleased to invite employees of RSE NNC RK and RSE IGR up to 35 years for participation in Competition Conference on a relevant theme (fundamental, applied, engineering-technical) concerning NNC RK activity.

Regarding “Regulation of Annual R&D Competition Conference for Young Scientists and Specialists of RSE NNC RK”:
Creatively different R&D published over the last 2 years as scientific articles, papers at the Conference and in Reports are considered acceptable. These efforts should be represented as Independent Research of Specialist or Group of Specialists (no more than 4 authors).
These efforts for Competition are nominated by decision of Scientific and Engineering Board (SEB) and Scientific Council of Institutes.
Competition participants should submit the Paper to Jury Secretary prepared pursuant to GOST7.32-2001 at least 1 month before the Competition Conference.
Competitive Research Papers are submitted in 2 versions – electronic and paper – together with extract from SEB.
The Articles for publication in “Bulletin of NNC RK” periodical is prepared in accordance with requirements provided in periodical and at website http://www.nnc.kz/trebovania.html. Articles texts upon the Papers are send to the Secretary of Organizational Committee.
Young Scientists and Specialists of other Scientific and Training Organizations are invited to take part out of Competition.
